1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BookClub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

BookClub is a paid membership platform providing educational content about prop trading, including written chapters, community discussion channels, and progress-tracking tools. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Accounts & Membership

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person — shared or duplicate accounts may be terminated
• Membership is billed on a recurring basis via Stripe until you cancel
• You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on BookClub — including chapters, guides, and supplemental materials — is the intellectual property of BookClub and its authors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and read the content.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any BookClub content
• Share your account or membership access with others
• Scrape, download, or systematically extract content from the platform
• Use content in any commercial product or service without written permission

5. Community Guidelines

When using BookClub community features, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not post spam, promotional content, or affiliate links
• Not share specific trade signals, copyrighted materials, or illegal content
• Not harass, threaten, or impersonate other members
• Not post content that violates any applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

6. Financial Disclaimer

BookClub content is educational and informational only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument.

Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds for membership payments. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@kjbook.club and we will review your case.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, damages, or other liabilities arising from your use of the platform or its content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
